Nadeem Sarwar

Nadeem has over 20 years post qualification experience of dealing with complicated Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases.

He has experience of dealing with a broad range of complex injuries including brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, cancer claims, dental claims and amputation cases. Nadeem was the Company Secretary of Headway SELNWK (a charity that deals with members who have acquired brain injuries). He has particular skill in dealing with clients who have acquired brain injury.

He has concluded numerous complex cases with compensation won exceeding £1million.

Nadeem is well known for his empathic approach to clients and endeavours to not to “leave a stone unturned” when investigating Clinical Negligence cases. He is dedicated to the work that he does. Most of Nadeem’s family members are doctors and this makes interesting dinner parties.

Qualified Campbell Courtney and Cooney 2000, Associate at TG Baynes in 2007 and Salaried Partner in 2008 to 2018.

Nadeem loves to travel and enjoys visiting Spain several times a year and practicing his basic conversational Spanish. He enjoys long distance running, going to the gym, tennis, badminton and socialising with friends and colleagues.
